for sale or trade - 5 white 2x2 12v lamp modules —Frank Filz
I've acquired these in some recent auctions and have no good way to power them. I just have the lamp modules, no wires. All lamps have been tested as working by using a 4.5v battery box (which lights them pretty dimly). They're all in pretty decent (...) (24 years ago, 29-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

(...) A number of people have made 9v-12v convertor cables. It's pretty simple, you take a 12v cable, unscrew the power connector clip from one end, then cut a 9V cable, strip the wires and connect the 12v clip. It does require sacrificing some (...)      (...) Didn't say they didn't. However, piggybacking your 9V won't help you power more than 1 12v device, unless you build additional adaptor cables. Think about it. Arguably when you chop that one 9V in half to make the first one, you ought to make (...) (24 years ago, 30-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

(...) them. (...) Hmm, hadn't thought about that. I'm pretty sure all my non-9V wiring is 4.5V, but that doesn't matter, it's essentially the same wiring as 12V (which is what allowed me to hook up the lamps to test them). Between the two wires I (...) (24 years ago, 29-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
