Hello Everyone:) I was recently given 10,000 pieces -- no kidding -- of misc. Lego. While I bought my first Lego set made by Samsonite in the 60's, I haven't been collecting again until lately so... If you didn't want to trade, you could open a store on BrickBay and sell the pieces that you didn't want. I know I'd be interested in some of them. I don't have much to trade though. You could list your parts on a website. It doesn't have to be anything fancy.... I have seen graphical sites down to simple text listings. Typically, your ISP will give you an area on a server free as part of your service. (...) (24 years ago, 10-Aug-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

I wouldn't rush to start trading if I were you. Unless you are certain you are only interested in certain themes you may regret having gotten rid of some of your pieces later when you find out more about them. (...) I agree with Maggie. If you're just getting back into collecting/building/playing, don't rush to get rid of anything.
