I have a meeting down in Orlando on April 5-7 and will of course swing by
the Orlando-LIC (at least once) in hopes of finding some Soccer sets. Last
year I was down there when the Star Wars sets were first available (long
before they appeared in North Carolina). I hope it happens again.
Speaking of the LIC, I was there yesterday and one thing I noticed was that
the number of non-brick items in the store has increased significantly. It
is almost as if the sets are secondary in what they are marketing.
There wasn't much of interest sets-wise, but one thing I did notice is that
the Train section was void of both boxes of straight and curved track.
Also, I only noticed one set of points. Lots of cross track though.
