Public service announcement for those of you who have have been putting off signing up for PayPal--signup and referral bonuses are both being reduced to $5 on March 15th, so now's the time. If you do sign up, remember to use somebody as a reference--several people offer $5 rebates on referrals (including me--demlow@lightlink.com, Larry P, and others), so you can get $15 out of signing up. Yes, there is a group for this sort of thing. I cross-posted it there and placed follow-ups there as well. Not only are paypal bonuses being reduced, but X.com is ending their refer a friend promotion on March 15 as well. Like others, I am offering (...)
