Lego Consumer Affairs. Call the 1-800 order number and they'll give the CA
number to you; then call them and explain what happened. If they have it, 99%
of the time they'll either give it to you or sell it to you for a nominal
charge. BTW: CA is only there M-F until 5pm EST.
