I remember scoring a whole bunch of the black ones from someone's Timeship bulk
purchase--I too use them on aircraft. I only have one of the grey 7-stud two-blade
segments; a good source for them is the Time Tunnelator/Time Machine promo pack
that you can often still find for $7 at TRU. However, that's only one per set.
What I'm hoping for is that I can get a few brown 3-blade propellers of the same
size, that now come with the Tunnel Transport.

Oh yeah! The flying timeship (still available) also has a pair of black ones; the
old Technic hovercraft had a pair of greys; and one grey does come with Treasure
Raiders ($20) and Black Thunder. I think the biggest count, though, comes with the
6473 Res-Q Cruiser hovercraft--four black blades. (The old Technic turboprop had
'em too, but that's not generally available anymore, is it?)
But I think the general observation, e.g., "good luck finding them cheap," is
accurate. :(

| (...) Hi, Unfortunatly the large three blade props from the Tunnel Transport are like the small three blades in that they dont have the axel center, just the round hole. I had also hoped the nice chrome drill would have an axel drive but it doesn't. (...) (25 years ago, 2-Nov-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
