This whole footnote thing started mostly as a joke, and now it's getting out of
hand. You're catching me in inconsistencies! Augh.
OK:
(2) footnote 0 is 0 because it refers to something from another append so the
footnote anchor isn't visible

| (...) I would not call that flamage. And besides, I LIKE the footnotes after the signature. After all, on research papers, footnotes go BELOW the end of the page. Not above it. (...) Except that putting what a footnote means before it is used is all (...) (26 years ago, 24-Oct-98, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
