I would not call that flamage. And besides, I LIKE the footnotes after

Except that putting what a footnote means before it is used is all out
of standard usage.

OK: (2) footnote 0 is 0 because it refers to something from another append so the footnote anchor isn't visible (...) (26 years ago, 25-Oct-98, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
