1 x 3 arch bricks in Red, Blue, and Yellow are parts I consider to be rare.
That is because, as far as I know, they have only been available in one set

I have spent several years working to acquire this piece in Red and Blue and
have not been too successful in amassing a quantity larger than about a dozen
Red and a dozen blue. I have placed many bricklink orders because one or two
of these have been available from specific sellers (and then I end up buying a
bunch of other parts, too). What I mean is you may have to buy the ones and
twos available and just keep looking for more. I know that is all I can do
--and build with the ones I have already. Fortunately, the prices they usually
sell for on Bricklink do not reflect their actual rarity; I don't think I have
ever paid more than 35 cents for them.
As a suggestion, you could use 1 x 2 inverted slope bricks to simulate an
arch. The effect is not as good, but I don't know of too many alternatives.

I've never bought or owned the Knight's Castle (#6073) but I may have picked up the piece in a garage sale find at some point. This adds (...)
