Thanks for the help! I had not yet considered verdigris green yet. Hmmmm it
should work, I'll see.

Yeah I considered the tan/brown combo, but that would be suiting more for a
mescherschmidt (sp?) or maybe a p-40/p-47.

Imitation profesionalism going here...
-Official press release-
(yeah right, just get on with it)
Ahem-
I have made a few informal alusions to my custom kit stuff, but this is the
first formal announcment. Coast Mountain Customs will be opening in about
two weeks. One kit will be available in three weeks(+/-), the supermarine
spitfire. (duh! very profesional eh?) After that kit is up, I will start on
my next project which I'm thinking will be my gladiator mech
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=5105
Or another WWII aircraft TBA. I have a pretty neat P-51 that I finished
yesterday that I considered as my next kit, but since MB already has one, I
don't think I'll use it even though it is at a slightly larger scale. Coast
Mountain will be the second custom kit producer from Vancouver.
Ths spit will have fully retractable landing gear, A cockpit a UCS style
display stand, a diorama with a service crew and service vehicles. I'm
considering making a small jeep or something to go along as well. I'm aiming
at about 500-600 pieces, the most for a custom aircraft yet, so my price
will probably be higher because of this. The kit will also have decals and
about 6 minifigs. I don't even have a ballpark number as to the price, but
it will be more than other custom planes that are for sale at the moment
because of the piece count. Of course it will have colour instructions and a
box with a picture as well as a certificate of authentication.
(Phew, I hate trying to talk as if I were twenty)
