more probs at brickbay ? —Ray Sanders
My browser reports that is cannot resolve www.brickbay.com. So I do a whois and get the nameserver IPs. Pings to both nameservers have a 100% fail rate (from me, via earthlink). Next I try doing a traceroute to one of the nameservers and get !H's in (...) (23 years ago, 29-Sep-01, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

(...) I was trying to get some wanted notifications to go out and this occured. I suspect that the server is 'under great load' again.         10/02/01 - Yes again (Re: more probs at brickbay ?) —Julie Krenz
I'm getting that the site can't be found. IE5 even brings me to a MSN page asking if maybe I intended to go to a similiar site like www.crackbaby.com (The Scooby Doo evil twins did give me a chuckle.)or www.rockybay.com. Needless to say, this is (...) (23 years ago, 2-Oct-01, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

Re: more probs at brickbay ? —Ray Sanders
(...) The evidence suggests that the two Domain Name Servers assigned to brickbay.com (ns1.northcomp.com and ns2.northcomp.com) are not resolving www.brickbay.com. Therefore, other than hard-coding the ip-addr, the server is not reachable. The (...) (23 years ago, 2-Oct-01, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

Re: more probs at brickbay ? get in via IP address!!! —Paul Janssen
(...) Yes, this does seem to be the case. I listed the backdoor IP about 30 minutes ago, and I've seen many people connecting. To get into brickbay, the harware IP to get to my store is: (URL) you delete the last part, you get to brickbay directly, (...) (23 years ago, 2-Oct-01, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

Re: more probs at brickbay ? get in via IP address!!! —Ray Sanders
(...) While you can do that, I think there is some issue with the way that the 'cookies' are coded. Dan once remarked that we should always use www.brickbay.com and not the IP address or brickbay.com. A less ugly solution (but still not pretty) is (...)
