While you can do that, I think there is some issue with the way that the
'cookies' are coded. Dan once remarked that we should always use
www.brickbay.com and not the IP address or brickbay.com. A less ugly solution
(but still not pretty) is to put an entry in your Hosts file with the domain
name and the IP-address. On my iMac, the entry looks like ...
www.brickbay.com A 216.37.35.72
using this, I can access with the normal url. In fact, it even believes that I
am still logged on from before. I suspect that Windows users can do this also,
but do not have the necessary particulars.
