I think you are being very kind, Jonathan.
However another course to consider is to file an NSS (non shipping seller)
report. If several people file these he will lose his selling privileges at
BrickLink which, if he's gone bad, will benefit all buyers. Do this instead
of leaving feedback. It will generate a firm note to him from the system
that he is in danger of losing his selling privs if he does not correct the
issue. If he's just ignoring people, that may be sufficient to get him to
explain what is going on to others.

I mean, the buyer wont get a refund for the money he or she sent out, or get the item that h/s ordered, will they? You can leave all the (...) (22 years ago, 26-Jun-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)
