I think anybody that bids or buys a Velux House from E-bay is very
stupid (well maybe not stupid, just slightly mis-informed)
The best way to buy these is to buy them straight from Velux.

The sets are $25 each plus shipping, and are quite nice with the
slanted windows and stuff.
Personally, I prefer the 725 basic sets, because of the lamp posts, and the
larger sized houses you can build.
