For the curious, this lot is being split 3 (maybe 4) ways, so it's not all going
to one person. I can't speak for the others, but I do have a stake in this and
will be getting 4 or 6 of those corners. I missed these the last time (Gary got
the last lot) and wanted to make sure I got some this time. The yellow 3x3
slope is one of the few slopes I don't have. As for it's rarity, it is only
in one set, the 7740 12V train. The yellow 2x2x3 extreme slope corner is only
in the 375 Yellow Castle, and would probably also be highly valued, but perhaps
not quite as high since there is more availability of that set.

| (...) Well I for one am curious. Just looked in my yellow slopes bag and turned up 4 3x3 yellow slopes and two yellow 2x2x3 extreme slopes.I had a 7740 so I know the corner slopes are hard to get. So what are they worth then ??????? Michael Pratt (25 years ago, 15-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.auction)
