|                           AND NOW THE RULES!!!
|
|1) I will post auction results on the newsgroup about every 1-2 days.  High
|   bidders at that time will be emailed with the current bids.
|
|2) At or about April 10 items with bids will start to advance from going 1,
|   going 2, going 3, sold....at about 12-24 hour intervals... bids return to
|   going once if a new bid is made after April 10th.  If a bid has not been
|   made by April 10th, I have the right to remove the item from the auction.
|
|3) Rules may change at any time...and I will update rules as they
|  become necessary.  New items may be added if available.
|
|4) Proxy bidding is allowed (and encouraged).  Those who are unfamiliar and
|   would like instructions please email me or use www.ebay.com for examples.
|
|5) Bidder pays all shipping and handling charges and send his/her payment
|   first before receiving the goods from me.  I am reputable (see Terry Cruse,
|   Doug Dropeskey, Andrew Keeping)  Buy more and save on S&H... you choose
|   regular or priority S&H.  Payment by Money Order strongly recommended.
|   Personal Checks will take up to 10 business days to clear, and will only be
|   honored in the contiguous 48 states.
|
| a) If you bid in the form of a set, it must be mint/unopened; I determine
|    the value of the set and you must pay S&H for both ends if you are the
|    high bidder.  I only like older town sets. (Example: New Century Skyway
|    for 3 mint 9365 sets...)
|
|6) Conditions and terms are as is... any questions please email me at
|   dmusetti@earthlink.net and you should bid at this address.  Anything sent
|   to AOL address may or may not be honored.
|
|
|Happy Bidding (and Building) Everybody!!
|
|Mark Musetti
