    eBay etiquette advice needed —Richie Dulin
   Well, it finally happened: 53 completed transactions on eBay as a buyer, and one went bad. It's only a small transaction (c.$A12) and I can wear the loss (though I'd prefer not to, obviously). Ask the seller to lodge a complaint with Australia Post, once lodged, they'll receive a letter in 1-2 week's time, then ask them for a copy of that letter which will have a contact number at the bottom of the page.
