| I hate inflated shipping and handling charges too. I won a Lego sith infiltrator in an auction for really cheap, and I was pleased, until I found out I had to pay $10 US to have it shipped to me, which including 'handling'. | How about... 1) The mere appearance of consumer protection through useless programs like "Safe-Harbor."
