Yesterday I noticed that the times seemed out on ebya searches. They only listed auctions with over 1 hour to go. No immediate ones were listed. Well, sometimes sad stories have happy endings. I received the package today (fortunately I was holding out until tomorrow to send more money). Not surprising, if you know a little about the guts of systems like that: it's very cheap to do "get record # 899542", but expensive to do "search 5 gigabytes of information about 2 million auctions, and see if any of the descriptions (...)
