I was recently contacted by a person who won a Harry Potter figure in a promo at a ToysRUs. It is about 18 inches high and is in a box which was used to hold the entries for the giveaway. Pretty sure those are Mega Blocks, my son has some in his left overs I won't use bucket and they are ones I recognized from a Mega Block set I think. Not bad, he likes them, but they are not too contaminate the true LEGO!! (23 years ago, 16-Sep-03, to lugnet.market.appraisal)

I don't think its Lego as there is no part number but the plastic feels of a higher quality than most clones. (3 URLs) I really like them so I hope they are Lego. I might even consider using them as clones as long as I have some kind of (...) (23 years ago, 16-Sep-03, to lugnet.market.appraisal)
