Update: I was back at the same Target today (for a completely different reason) and I had to check the Lego section (as always). And what to my wondering eyes did appear but some 1999 sets! The subject line says it all. I was at Target today (in Short Pump on West Broad Street) and they have marked down the Silver Anniversary Buckets (1201 pieces) to $11.99.
