Update: I was back at the same Target today (for a completely different
reason) and I had to check the Lego section (as always). And what to my
wondering eyes did appear but some 1999 sets!
They have a good selection of the new Adventurers sets (including the one
with the boat) and also had the Space Post Launch Command set for $29.99.
This is much less expensive than I thought the set would be.
Finally, they still had about a dozen 1201 piece Silver Buckets left.

| The subject line says it all. I was at Target today (in Short Pump on West Broad Street) and they have marked down the Silver Anniversary Buckets (1201 pieces) to $11.99. This was the tag price, not a sale, so it appears as if they may be this price (...) (26 years ago, 17-Dec-98, to lugnet.loc.us.va.ric)
