Hello WAFOLites and Lego fans. Here are the details on the Friday, Jan. 28th
get together in Bountiful, UT.
What: Second gathering of WAFOL: Wasatch Area Fans Of Lego
When: Friday, January 28th.
Where: 563 W. 500 S. Suite 220 in Bountiful, UT (just off I-15 see below)
Time: The event will begin at 6:30pm. You can start arriving at 6pm.
Who is welcome: All adult Lego fans.

Proposed Itinerary:
1.) Meet and greet plus show and tell.
2.) Ashley will make an electronic PowerPoint presentation titled "Vignettes
of Legoland." This presentation will show rare scenes and the humorous detail
of Miniland at Legoland California. Exclusive WAFOL showing!
3.) Ashley will show a 3 minute video clip from the 1995 travel program, "A
World Away" about Legoland Denmark.
4.) Joseph Gonzales will host several Lego games in which you can win some
cool Lego prizes! Start studying set numbers and parts today!
5.) Group discussion on the future and direction of WAFOL. Perhaps we will
choose to become the defacto experts in a certain theme? Perhaps we can decide
upon a group project? We should further discuss our website.
6.) Updates, great finds and Lego bargains discussion. (optional)
7.) The DUPLO; Legoland Ca. project (optional).
8.) Swap/Trade/Sell session.
9.) Other items. (To be determined)
For the show and tell session, Ashley will bring a copy of Jonathan Knudsen's
Mindstorms book. Ashley will also bring the Lego Figures and Animals books,
two Lego keychains and a cool castle-themed medallion from LLCal. Ashley will
also bring a Battle Droid and a few of the new, smaller Star Wars sets.
Everyone can bet on Joseph Gonzales bringing a nice creation and a few sets,
and in seeing more of Jeremy and Barbara's cool space, Star Wars or train
models. Jason is planning on attending and is the master of Castle and
Pirates. Chances are great he will bring something related to his favorite
themes. There are a few other members that will most likely bring some fun
items, too.
Ashley is planning on bringing at least twelve items to trade, mostly modern
items including a bunch of Sphynx Secret Surprise sets.
Everyone is encouraged to bring lots to talk about, lots to show and lots to
trade or sell. Tell your Lego friends to attend. Let's try to increase our
attendance over our inaugural meeting.
We are headed towards another fun and informative WAFOL gathering!

| I am wondering... is it strickly 'No Adults'? i am not just some stupid kid, i am a veteren of lego and i think that i could hold my own Im 14 and if you need to see some of the stuff i have done you could look at a few of my creations i think you (...)
