A quick observation:
I was in a local Wal-Mart this weekend (Houston) and I watched a small boy
and his mom trying to pick out something. She was leaning towards Jack Stone
and Alpha Team but the boy didn't seem the least bit interested. He kept
looking at Bionicle and pointing at it. The mother seemed somewhat turned
off by Bionicle.

I didn't hang around long enough to see their final choice. But she
eventually took a serious look at Bionicle I think.

Hi all Earlier this week I set the Lego asle at the major retail store I work at. Out of the 24ft of conctruction toys 16ft went to Lego, while the other 8ft went to megablocks and knex. This setup is our holiday set, so I'm going to talk about what (...) (23 years ago, 19-Aug-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.us.tx)
