Welcome back to Texas!
I live up in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Awhile back, I was severely bitten
by the LEGO bug and started a website called TEXLUG with the idea of
starting up a LEGO User Group for the Lone Star state. There didn't seem to
be much interest at the time and I have since discontinued the web hosting
contract, but I still have access to the domain name.
Would y'all (have to use the correct Texan vernacular) be interested in
helping me revive the web site to provide us Texans an avenue specific to
us? If you are interested or if you want more information about TEXLUG,
check out the TEXLUG newsgroup here on LUGNET
(http://news.lugnet.com/org/us/texlug/) or this thread from about a year ago
(http://news.lugnet.com/org/us/?n=642).
I don't really have the time any more to keep the web site up and running,
but I would be willing to pay for it to be hosted and to get the domain name
registered if someone out there has the time to keep the site running.
Any thoughts?
In a Texas LEGO state of mind...
Karl

| (...) In theory, Steve Jackson (of Steve Jackson Games and Evil Stevie's Pirate Game) is an AFOL in Austin. He's even involved himself in Lugnet a bit. Frank (23 years ago, 18-Jul-01, to lugnet.loc.us.tx)
