67th annual Philadelphia Science Fiction Convention - Dec. 10th-12th 2004

I traveled to Philadelphia to display at Philcon along with Phillip Thorne of DevaLug. This was great fun and gave Lego Fans a presence at a Sci Fi Con.

We had a nice display and Phil provided his own loose Lego for people to build with. I brought along:

Mech Bay 07

Mr. Krinkle was a hit --- ooops, big picture.

The Rizmit was on display in the Art Show Room. The Brick Masters LMHoF photo layout was on display as well.

I participated in one programming event:

“Sat 7:00PM in Room 502 -- Slide show: LEGO mecha (#60) Marvel at the robotic construction techniques of master builders worldwide, with SF replicas and original designs. Specific techniques will be explored, including the many ways to build a hand. Samples will be exhibited.”

Coordinated by Phillip Thorne

We also had an official Moonbase link up and we put up community information.

The AFoL Comics I put out went fasssst.

My friend Patricia came along to help.

......and of course Mr. Krinkle battled Ninjas.

I look forward to a bigger and better Lego display at Philcon 2005!
