I've been asked if I could organize a "Lego Display" for a local festival whose planning committee I am on. The festival runs over the 4th of July weekend, and the display is currently sceduled for Saturday, July 3, 2004. Approximate timeframe would (...) I was in the Sawmill Road TRU today and they had a lot of new 2004 sets. I saw at least 3 world city sets, all of the 2003 Technic sets (including 8455), the basic sets, and most of the new Star Wars Mini's as well. Speaking of Star Wars, they had (...) The other night I swung by the TRU at Dublin Village Center (Sawmill) and saw that #4107 was on sale for $15 (normally $20). Since they didn't have #8451, I headed over to Morse Rd. (...) Lego booth, I talked to them for a while, they do mosaics on the spot. You cn bring a picture, or have them make one. Exhausted & delighted, COLTC has completed our first GATS show in Dayton, Ohio this past weekend -- Oct. 11-12, 2003 -- at the Exposition Center at Dayton Airport. We set up the display Saturday morning before the event opened in about 4 hours & had (...) Know if anyone in town has the Technic Backhoe #8455? TRU on Morse Rd. didn't have it on Saturday. Neither did K-Mart on Bethel. I'll have to check Target.
