Actually, I was thinking mostly about flyers and modern warships.
TL1 forces can do some interesting things against mechs. Think AT-ST
and logs. <evil grin>

Exactly. They'd be pretty well matched against a group of TL2 forest
fighters. A department store is really very similar to a house, from a
combat perspective. Just bigger. Actually, MallWars could be fun. I
read a story once where a Mall had been built over Sherwood Forest and
the Merry Men and there fearless leadership were still living there.
They just started hanging out at the food court and living in the
greenhouse-like atrium.

What I meant, was that low-tech weapons are every bit as effective
against squishy, endoskeletan forces as high-tech weapons. And
sometimes, in their own environments, better.
