At last weekends GATS show, I showed my 3 skyscapers for the first time. Besides John Bucy's LeVeque tower that we have showed before, we complemented the Columbus OH skyline with: Huntington Center: (URL) Vern Riffe Building: (URL) Borden Building: (...) I've posted my pictures from today's GATS show in Columbus, OH. Central Ohio LEGO Train Club did an outstanding job on their display. Coming weekend, the Central Ohio Lego Train Club (COLTC) will have a 25x25 foot layout at the Columbus GATS, at the Ohio Expo Center (for directions visit www.coltc.org or www.gats.com).   COLTC at the COSI Toledo Show Report
 
Last weekend, we participated in the train event of the COSI in Toledo, OH, together with MichLTC, and 2 other non-Lego clubs. It was a good show, and it was great to talk to the MichLTC crowd.   2004 Sets at Toys "R" Us
 
I was in the Sawmill Road TRU today and they had a lot of new 2004 sets. I saw at least 3 world city sets, all of the 2003 Technic sets (including 8455), the basic sets, and most of the new Star Wars Mini's as well. Speaking of Star Wars, they had (...) The Michigan LEGO® Train Club is pleased to announce that we will be participating in the COSI museum's Toy Factory Trains weekend. The other night I swung by the TRU at Dublin Village Center (Sawmill) and saw that #4107 was on sale for $15 (normally $20). Since they didn't have #8451, I headed over to Morse Rd. (...) Lego booth, I talked to them for a while, they do mosaics on the spot. You cn bring a picture, or have them make one. Exhausted & delighted, COLTC has completed our first GATS show in Dayton, Ohio this past weekend -- Oct. 11-12, 2003 -- at the Exposition Center at Dayton Airport. We set up the display Saturday morning before the event opened in about 4 hours & had (...)
