Thanks for the info, I was there today just looking around. I think I have had it with spending money for a long time. David, I DO live in NYC. There is a TRU at Union Square with the sale specified by Ken. There is also a TRU at 34th Street & 5th ave. (I am sure they have the sale, but haven't been there). Both are easy to get to by subway. There are other TRU's in (...) (26 years ago, 22-Nov-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ny.ny)

What part of NY? I can tell you about NY City. In Manhattan the custom is to charge 10% more than usual for Lego. The major chain stores to get it are Toys R Us, Kmart, Bradlees, and the lesser stores are KB Toys (20% markup!), Zany Brainy, maybe (...) (26 years ago, 8-Nov-00, to lugnet.loc.us, lugnet.loc.us.ny)
