  Re: Star Wars Dioramas

AC, Love your Lego creations, hate your website. For some reason it often crashes my browser (Internet Explorer 5, Macintosh G3 using Mac OS 9.0.4). Any idea what's up with that? Anyway, great creations. I first noticed the Death Star detention (...) (22 years ago, 6-Mar-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.us.nj, lugnet.people.newbie)

(...) so you did...wow! Makes me want to see it in person! Great little vignettes of activity in the diorama. Great job! Joe Meno (who is still keeping an eye out on your work) (22 years ago, 3-Mar-02, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.us.nj, lugnet.people.newbie)

I've just added a dozen pics to the Brickshelf Gallery which are close-up shots of the mini-scenes within the diorama. (URL) & Sons member #1500 Homepage (URL) Gallery (...) (22 years ago, 3-Mar-02, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.us.nj, lugnet.people.newbie)

  Re: Star Wars Dioramas

Joe, You've picked the diorama that has been a favorite of most viewers from our homepage in the Lego series. We build up a lot of mini-scenes on the dioramas which kinda gives the viewer more things to look at. The Shuttle Landing bay was done (...) (...) Wowzers! you did some simply beautiful work. I really like the Rebel hangar best. It has the crowded, yet busy atmosphere that the movie set/matte painting had. The Imperial Landing Bay is really well-done too...I spotted that earlier this (...) (22 years ago, 2-Mar-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.us.nj, lugnet.people.newbie)

Hi all, This is just a reminder that the Garden State LEGO Users Group will be meeting tomorrow. If you're attending and have not previously announced your intent, you need to do so ASAP.   January 26 meeting

Hi all, GardenSLUG will be meeting on the 26th of January at my home in Hillsborough, NJ around noon or 1 PM. I'm 1.5 hours from Manhattan and a little less from downtown Philadelphia (both under decent traffic conditions) -- just north and east of (...)   Re: Inquiry About Stuff

Hi Pete, There isn't a Lego group that is specifically Southern New Jersey, but we have GardenSLUG ( GardenState Lego Users Group) Which has had ummmm.... I think three meetings over the past year or so. GardenSlug, at least in theory, covers the (...) (23 years ago, 24-Sep-01, to lugnet.loc.us.nj)

(...) And, if the GardenSLUG idea doesn't pan out, you can always call up Eric Sophie and see if he's interested in getting together. He mentioned that he wished more was going on in Jersey, so this is a good opening for you. -Dave (out in Cali) (23 years ago, 24-Sep-01, to lugnet.loc.us.nj)
