As I've said elsewhere in this thread, all comers will be welcome. The only
reason for making the group regional is from the practical perspective of
trying to get everyone together in the same place at the same time. Anyone
who wants to make the effort to get here from anywhere (wherever "here" ends
up being) deserves to be included.
The more, the merrier!
