Yeah, the silence was deafening, wasn't it?

I wasn't even aware of this event until your post, so I'm not sure if I can
make it to TCS this Sunday. I will try, though, since I had already built a
small model to bring over there for the Lego Builder's Exposition.

Like you, I would be willing to travel farther (on occasion) to attend a
meeting.

Also, Todd Lehman joined briefly in the earlier discussion. I'm sure he can
speak for himself as to whether he has the time and inclination to join us,
but I understand that he does live in the area. I'm sure he's plenty busy
keeping LUGNET humming, but you've gotta get out once in awhile...

This would be a good way to spread the word about this. I'm not sure what you
would say about NELUG (?) yet, but if the interested parties can meet, then
maybe we could scratch out some ideas.

This would be a great idea. I wouldn't mind meeting with a small, even
microscopic group to get things going. Even an avalanche starts with a single
snowflake.
My schedule is somewhat crazy these days, but I'm sure I can clear an evening
or a weekend day soon. A week from this Friday (date: August 6th) looks like
it would be ideal for me, but I'm not as inflexible as this paragraph probably
makes me sound.
