I'm wondering if anyone is interested in a get together? I won't be able
to work this weekend (they're doing some power work on the building), so
this might be my last free weekend for the rest of the year (well, I
hope not, but, best to take the opportunity when available).
I spent some time last night playing with 12v trains. I've got a 2nd
7735 and some 1977 trains since the show and I made a converter wire
from 9v to 12v so I can run 12v trains using a 9v controller (I do have
a 12v 220v controller, and need to get on the horn with Jason Briscoe to
get the one I won in one of his auctions, but I don't have a step up
transformer yet). I'm hoping to have some signal tracks soon (probably a
couple weeks), plus I'm getting some signal track parts, and should have
a 12v crossing by the end of the week.

| One s--ky(1) thing about Outlook Express is that it ties messages together by title, so this message got tied to a thread that originated by Frank(2) on 1/18/2001.
