Well, it's good you met at Frank's. No one here knows exactly how much Lego
I have stashed around the house. Would be best for me if they didn't ;-)
... I have squirrel like tendencies that serve me quite well...

and did you get to hear about the trip to Japan?
Any train show talk?

Uh... I like Playmobile too... I am not a *purist*. If there is something
I really like I use it regardless of origin/manufacturer. Playmobil makes
a great bench and some wonderful baskets. They are very nice to display
individual FL figures.

Sounds good. The only problem could be coordinating schedules. Glad to
split gas costs and bring some snacks.

I guess in the long run it's better to have another Fabuland enthusiast and
get to see what you do with it, than having a bit more Fabuland because it
is of no interest to anyone else. The Ferris wheel is grand, I think you
would really enjoy having it, however if you reach a different conclusion I
would like to have it sent my way... (along with anything else Fabuland)

A good number of sets don't have saddlebags. Classic example, Ricky Racoon
on his Scooter.

A semi acceptable subtitute- 2 [3794 Plate 1 x 2 with 1 Stud] on the seat
with an adventurer's backpack hanging to each side.
Main drawback is fragility.

Thomas, how many miles is it from your place to Frank's? How long did it
take? How was the traffic? I-40 through Greensboro can be beastly sometimes.

I am very sorry I was unable to attend. It sounds like I missed a fun
time. Please do post your pictures soon Thomas.

| Sheree, there's a small non-Lego Japan show-and-tell page here: (URL) not very exciting unless you already know my relatives... Cary "sheree rosenkrantz" <srosez@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:G8LqyM.6qn@lugnet.com... <snip> (...) <snip> (24 years ago, 12-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.us.nc)
