  Re: bulk ordering

I did the same sort of cost-analysis and only bought things that I can't get any other way. With discount and shipping, the black windows are .84 a pop, the blue thinwalls, 2x2 whites windows and trees are .30, and the tiles are .07. I decided not (...)   Re: bulk ordering

I visited the new bulk ordering section for Lego Shop at Home. What i don't get is their pricing -- it's all screwed up, not a good deal at all: For example, lets buy 1 of each, A. B. C. D. E. & F. of the standard bricks they are offering -- all the (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.us.nc.ral, lugnet.loc.us.nc)

  Re: bulk ordering

I place an order about 9:00 AM this morning. I bought: 3 bags of black 2x2 tiles 3 bags of white 2x2 tiles 1 bag of black 1x4x5 windows 1 bag of white 2x2 windows 1 bag of black roof apex bricks 1 bag of black 2x4 roof bricks I also bought some (...)   Re: bulk ordering

Unlike Frank, I'll probably put in an order today or tomorrow. I already have a $200 order figured out (mostly windows) so I won't need to combine orders to get the maximum discount. Good idea, though. Cary (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.us.nc.ral)

  Re: bulk ordering

(...) I don't see anything there that I'm dying for right now. I can see that I will probably be building a skyscraper at some point with black windows (or the blue ones), and I'm glad I didn't win the auction for white classic windows several (...)   bulk ordering

As many of you know, bulk ordering is now a reality from lego. (URL) there any interest in putting one order together to get the discount and save on shipping? Jimmy (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.us.nc.ral)

  Re: Brickfest

Hi Frank, Just wanted to let you know that my NLS, Jackie and I were the couple that played Colin and Wanda's ship for the first part of the pirate game. I collect, and brought two small buildings of mine for the Castle area. :-) Thanks for running (...)   Brickfest

I haven't dealt with my pictures yet, but I thought I'd drop in some reflections on the past weekend. I'm really glad I marked off the weekend for Brickfest back when the date was first announced. I really had a great time, and it's nice to finally (...) (24 years ago, 12-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.us.nc, lugnet.general, lugnet.org.us.wamalug, lugnet.gaming, lugnet.pirates)

Re: Small sets at Food Lion

(...) Great! (...) I'll be bringing my Belville parts box. I'll look into my supply of some of the other stuff. I may bring along that blue bin for 580 (I got one in a parts lot, I didn't realize though that it doesn't have special pieces that it (...) (24 years ago, 6-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.us.nc)
