Sorry about www.gmlug.com was the wrong name. It should have been
www.gmlug.org not .com. I belong to the GMLTC club and we talk about both
LEGO trains and other related LEGO items. Not just Trains. We would like
to have more members, but the biggest problem is room. There isn't a whole
lot of room to work or even walk around. A few of us have been talking
about expanding and move into a bigger space to rent. Finding a good
location and fair price is what we are looking into. Since we get together
pretty much very week and we need more room. As I think of it we might be
the only lug group that meet weekly comparing the other LUG around the US.
Sometimes we will meet twice a week or on the weekends. It has happen in
the past.

| Another thing is that gmlug is Greater Midwest LUG, not Greater MN, and was set up to cover the rather large region from MN & IA to MI & OH. It's size is probably the biggest factor in it's inactivity. And didn't the MI afols recently start their (...) (24 years ago, 10-Apr-01, to lugnet.loc.us.mn)
