I'm going to be off-line for a few days here while we go skiing. We will • either
be driving back Thursday evening, or sometime Friday. What I propose as a
tentative is that we meet in the late afternoon at TCS, and if that turns • out
to not be convenient to Shiri (if we don't hear from her before noonish or • a
little later on Saturday, I'll give her a call), we can caravan over to
someplace more convenient. I'm not sure yet what all I'll be doing • Saturday,
but I'll be hooking up here again sometime Friday or early Saturday • morning.
A
ride from Jeff to TCS might be handy, but it's also fairly probable that • I'll
be able to borrow the car or get a ride from my dad.

I'm glad I ran across this message!

Y'see, I'll be in Boston starting on Friday, to spend about 16
days with the gf I haven't seen since August.  So depending on
when you're arranging things (or how open the invite is!) I may
be able to gatecrash.  If it's a mealtime meet, maybe we can
both come by (despite how little she shares my love of the Brick).

Anyways, it would be spiffy to say hello.  I'll certainly stop
in at TCS at some point.

Oh cool! (I snuck back online this morning...). It would be my reccomendation
that the meet be at TCS just before dinner time, and then we can retire • across
the street for some vittles. Glad you may be able to make it Lindsay.

If it's a slightly later dinner, that's best for me & the wife.  We've got
karate class until about 5, and we'd probably want to shower afterwards
because I at least am pretty gross...plus a bit of time to get down there
would put it at 6-6:30 (depending on if we pick up Frank & how lost we get
doing so.  8)

How late is TCS open on Saturday? Another factor is the impending doom of a
snow storm. Of course, so long as you're game to pick me up, I'm game to go
(but my dad is liable to chicken out that late in the evening unless the snow
hasn't amounted to anything. Jeff, why don't you give me a call when you get
back from Karate (Jeff - I e-mailed you the numbers). We can figure out the
best plan at that point. I'll plan on giving Shiri a call in the mid-afternoon.

Frank

(...) Hmmm...this could be a problem. I probably can't come by, because I have no idea where anything in Bostonland is and I don't have any transport (read: must use public transportation).
