The layout looks cool, I like the inverted monorail. How does the "Sky Train"
work? is it using a standard monorail engine or do you have some special MOC
drive configuration?

The Sky Train model I built for this event uses a lot of different parts not
designed to work together. Like 4.5 track in a narrow gage configuration (4
studs) and Mindstorms. The track is held together in a 6 stud wide housing
(walls and roof, no floor) and uses a custom cable drive system that run on
one of the Mindstorms motors pulling the flat car(4 wide) back and forth
inside housing. The hole thing runs automatically with the Mindstorms RCX.

Also I like the layout outside of your standard cabinet, makes the layout look
bigger and easier to view. Keep up the great work.

Yes it was great until the 6 year old, thought it would be nice to see what
would happen if we put his lolly pop on the track and crash the SuperLiner. I
spent the rest of the day fighting off toddlers! It will be awhile before I
run my trains out of the box again.

See Ya...
