Well, hopefully other people will find the group.

Ah, I also put it together that night, along with the LoM unicycle,
which was simple enough that I could put it together by balancing parts on
my lap.

The giant robot? I'd gotten that one earlier. It's fun trying to
figure out different ways to arrange it. I need to track down the red one,
once I'm done with everything else.

My wife loves me. However, I'm not likely to use them much soon - I've
only recently gotten into Mindstorms.
I've had the set for a few years, but the apartment I used to live in
was too cramped, and it's only been recently that my hobby room has been
available for building. We got a very nice table from my Grandmother when
she moved to a smaller place, and so our old Kitchen table is now in my
room. It's great to be able to work on something and not have to clean it
up so we can eat dinner. :)

Well, last night I finished the Technic Space Shuttle, and I can see why
everyone rate it so high! It's difficult, but really nifty. Now that I've
got it finished, it's really cool to operate the various functions. The
parts it comes with are great - especially the gear box, the mini-motor, and
the huge turntable.

And now, to build! *grin*
