| A friend who lives in Morgan Hill tells me that there was an ad in the local paper announcing a "70% off sale" at all the Gilroy Outlet Mall stores this weekend. | (...) Just got back: it's "up to" 70% off "list" on "selected" merchandise, and not all stores are participating.
