Speaking of which, until we have modules, etc for a layout with hidden controllers, does anyone have a spare 9V wire to sacrifice? What I'm thinking is that if you get a 9V wire, cut one plate off and put a plug on it, you can feed the "main" (...) (25 years ago, 10-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

(...) thinking is (...) feed (...) It might not. I don't like doing that cuz IMO it'll strain the 317 regulator to put out what it's supposed to. Even if it could put out 9V with a 7.5V supply, I can't imagine the current remaining the same. I know (...) (25 years ago, 10-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)
