One of the Target stores here in San Jose had five Best-Lock sets on the shelves, four military sets and the Space Shuttle with Crawler. I will actually be in Annaheim for a meeting from March 21-25 (or at least part of it) so I might be able to make the fairly short trip to Carlsbad for the opening!
