2002 sets spotted in Arizona (so far)

Was in Walmart in Mesa yesterday, they had Twin-Pod Cloud Car (#7119 which I got for my nephew), Final Duel I & II (#7200 & 7201, which I got for myself), Jedi Defense II (#7204) and the Technic R2-D2 (#8009). BTW - the box of the Twin-Pod Cloud Car (...) (23 years ago, 22-Dec-01, to lugnet.loc.us.az, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Meeting Update

Diet pepsi? Arrgh, I've put (lego) heads on pikes for lesser offenses! (j/k) I'll bring some >real< pepsi, or maybe even Coka-Cola... Not really have much in the way of MOCs to bring, I'm more of a MOrC'er (My Own reConstructions - I download (...) (23 years ago, 14-Dec-01, to lugnet.loc.us.az)

  Re: Meeting Update

It would definately be a good idea to bring drink since all I have is Diet Pepsi, cranberry juice and bottled water. Maybe some snack type items (ie chips) would be good. I was figuring if everyone got hungry then we could order pizza. Jason (...) (23 years ago, 14-Dec-01, to lugnet.loc.us.az)

  Re: Meeting Update

Huh? What? oh, I'm a definate... (scratching wax out of one ear) :D Tried to 'edit' the Brikwars rules to include only stuff that would apply to Castles, but it's a little too big a job for such short notice, so for now am printing them out the hard (...)   Re: Meeting Update

I think I'm definite. Or maybe just deaf after all the shouting below. :-) Should I bring anything other than MOC's? As in some food or drink? Or is it a pizza ordering night? See ya there. -- Terry K -- (...) (23 years ago, 14-Dec-01, to lugnet.loc.us.az)

  Re: Phoenix Area Meeting?

Yup, I've got dice. The scenario sounds like a good idea, but just remember I don't have any castle stuff. I can supply mini-figs (non-castle) and maybe a spear or two, as well as bricks to build structures. (...) (23 years ago, 12-Dec-01, to lugnet.loc.us.az)

  Meeting Update

OK, here's the breakdown of what I've heard back from people, either via postings or to email reply's. I've got two definites (3 if you include me), 2 maybe's if its later, and 2 can't make it due to prior commitments. To all of those who can't make (...)   Re: Phoenix Area Meeting?

I got the email with the directions, just did not have a chance this past weekend to respond. As for the BrikWars skirmish - I figure we could use one of two methods to 'build' our forces: 1. Choose a preset cost limit, go by the CP's listed in the (...) (23 years ago, 10-Dec-01, to lugnet.loc.us.az)

  Re: Phoenix Area Meeting?

(...) It must be the email gods conspiring against us..... ;-) I pulled your yahoo address from your LUGNET member page and sent off the directions. Let me know if they got to you. (...)   Re: Phoenix Area Meeting?

How odd - my user profile page has my correct (new) email address (yahoo.com), but the one that show's up here is the old (dead) one. BTW - I have these newsgroups msgs (arizona) emailed to me, and when I tried to reply to you via email, I got a (...) (23 years ago, 8-Dec-01, to lugnet.loc.us.az)
