Hi Todd, Looking forward to seeing you in April! BTW, April 16 is my birthday. Looks like we need to schedule a BayLUG/BayLTC meeting for Saturday April 26th! Yes, its about 640 miles from Portland to SF. It takes about 10 hours in a car with (...) (22 years ago, 4-Mar-03, to lugnet.loc.us.or.por, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.trains)

  Re: DESLUG

(...) Hi all. I'm in Denver too - off I-25 at 6th avenue. I wouldn't mind hosting some - I've got a bunch of space, Harry Potter, a little Train, and some of the Universal Horror stuff. But it's a busy month - I wouldn't be available for much of (...) (22 years ago, 4-Mar-03, to lugnet.loc.us.co)

Portland and San Francisco in April

I'm planning to be in San Francisco the week of April 21-25 and am wondering if I can squeeze in a visit to the PNLTC show in Portland on April 17-19. According to the Greyhound website, I can get a bus from Portland to San Francisco on April 20 for (...) (22 years ago, 4-Mar-03, to lugnet.loc.us.or.por, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.trains)

  Re: DESLUG

(...) Castle Rock wouldn't be bad. I could turn the wife loose in the outlet stores while we talk about LEGO. Ummm, then again maybe that's not such a good idea :) I could go broke. I'm willing to meet in Denver, Colorado Springs, or anywhere in (...) (22 years ago, 3-Mar-03, to lugnet.loc.us.co)

  Re: DESLUG

(...) Castle Rock would work for me. I don't know where we would want to meet. The nice thing about meeting in Denver is being able to meet at someone's house. Bryan (22 years ago, 3-Mar-03, to lugnet.loc.us.co)

  MOC MAGLEV Prototype at BW

Hi, In case you missed it at the diner, or didn't make it to BW '03, (or a BayLTC pizza meeting) Ross showed the prototype Maglev vehicle and short "track" that he and I built. Eric Sophie was kind enough to snap and post a pic of it. Its at: (URL) (...)   Re: DESLUG

I'm sure I could get together once in a while. I'm in the Denver area. Castle Rock would seem like an ideal meeting place but I could meet anywhere. (...) (22 years ago, 2-Mar-03, to lugnet.loc.us.co)

  Re: Meeting was Great fun!

(...) The Jar Jar cowling was pretty good. Now if you come up with a use for Galidor parts, we'll truly be impressed. Or deeply disturbed. (...) Works good for me. (...)   Great fun! (was Re: Meeting on Wednesday, Feb 26th!

We had a great meeting! Jim and Maelee, Cale and myself met at 7 PM at the RI. Everyone except me had show and tell stuff. Jim brought a bunch of random parts and much free building hilarity ensued.   BricksWest 2003 and 2002 pictures posted

Last year I took hundreds of pics at BricksWest 2002 but never got around to uploading them to the Web for all to see. I didn't want to make the same mistake this year so I did it before the end of February. And while I was at it, I uploaded last (...)
