The general idea is that Fests are best organised locally but with our
network of AFOLS, within or without the B.A., we can ensure it is well
supported and possibly a better all round event as a result. The thing is,
it needs a local chap/chapess to organise it!

I think anyone out there who has organised a fest or public show would agree
that a bit of shared knowledge and experience can only be a good thing.
