There are engineering works in the Clapham area that will affect trains
between Waterloo and Portsmouth that weekend
There is a regular service, but it is not the one printed in the standard
timetables. The on-line train times web-sites should have the correct
details but as I cannot get a printed timetable until the week before
I cannot yet confirm this

| Latest posters at the station indicate these works are still on-going for the weekend. Services to Portsmouth and Southsea are suspended, services to Portsmouth Harbour are running but re-timed. (So if its a slow stopping service its probably not (...) (21 years ago, 20-Feb-04, to lugnet.loc.uk)
