I think I introduced myself a while ago, but I haven't very active on this
UK. loc board, so I should probably give some background info again.
I'm a 24 year old history student (University of Sussex), and got back into
lego properly just over a year ago. I never really abandonned it, but for 5
years or so, I didn't buy any new lego and only built stuff rarely. In the
last year, my collection has increased by at least 3 fold compared to the
collection I had as a kid.
I build mainly castle type stuff, but also some contemporary and futuristic
military stuff. Most of my collection is in the US, so I'm afraid I won't be
bringing any of my MOCs on Saturday. But I'm looking forward to finally
meeting some of the other UK AFOLs!
I'll be there for much of the day, but I'll nne dto leave in the early
evening some time. James, sorry to hear I'll be missing you, I was
wondering if you'd show up.
I'll be bringing some minifigs for trade, mainly town with a couple of
pirate and imperial redcoats thrown in. I'll also bring some red brick. I'm
a castlehead, and would be interested in trading for pretty much anything
castle related, minifigs, castle walls, and light/dark grey white and tan brick.
Looking forward to meeting you guys!
Magnus

| Who's going to London on Saturday for Gael's Fest? (URL) has been set up to swap a lot of parts - particularly for those of us who picked up a lot of odd bits on the tour of Legoland a few weeks ago. So far there are only a few names on the website, (...) (23 years ago, 22-Apr-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)
