I didn't call it UKLUG, as I dont have that URL.
This one is fully functional, and a lot of functions it has too!
You can view anything, but you need to create an account to post.
It has
1. news - you can submit news stories on line for my approval
topic areas so far are - Lego Fests, Shopping reports, buy sell and trade
You can post comments regarding the news items once you have registered
2. reviews - same as 1
Folks can post comments and score
3. web links - same as 2
4. image gallery - you can submit your own pictures on-line, it creates thumbnails and everything, but the standard
registration doesnt permit this, I have to further approve people to let them do this
5. Calender - same as 1
6. Discussion Forum - I know some folks wondered about recreating another lugnet - but I have. I would like to focus it
on UK specific discussions.
7. Polls - same as I
Plus other features too numerous to mention
Comments? (you can leave them at lug.sthost.com too)
