It doesn't matter, it rains all year :-)

But seriously, summer is the best time to visit - you can expect average
temperatures of around 65-75 Fahrenheit, and the weather tends to be less
changeable. School holidays start towards the end of July and last about 6
weeks - during which places will be busier and slightly more expensive.
Where are you intending to visit?
